Project Description

Inari Technology Sdn. Bhd. has been a long-time client of ours. The relationship between Kok Construction and Inari Technology started when we first successfully acquired our first project contract with the tech company. 

Kok Construction was tasked with designing and building the P13 Phase 1 of the Inari Technology plant in Bayan Lepas Penang. This project differed from other previous projects in the way that the client placed their trust in us to not only construct the buildings for their plant, but also to design it for them!  

We had the chance to design an efficient and practical working space for our client, plan out the infrastructure to ensure powerlines and waterworks were properly in place throughout the building. Safety planning was also essential to ensure a safe working environment for our client’s workforce, providing them with safe and easy evacuation routes. 

Having built up trust and a good working relationship from this comprehensive project, Inari Technology found it viable and practical to trust us with their P13 Phase 2 Four-storey Building Expansion project in Bayan Lepas, Penang. 

Then in 2017, after having delivered satisfactory performance and results to our client, Inari Technology once again entrusted Kok Construction with their latest project in Batu Kawan. This time round, it was a sizable project which required the construction of three factory blocks with a build-up area of 640,650 sqft.
